In number of application like as HPGR , Two motors in parallel are taking half of the load of the driven machine, in this case the replacement of only one of the motors is very tricky and factory needs the experience to design and  manufacture a 100% identical motor electrical and mechanical with the existing motor. We have done this sophisticated replacement job on HPGR successfully.
